The following provisions govern the use of HPDS by persons entering this site or by submitting a sign in form. Persons and Members receive free access to the HPDS web site. Only members may obtain certain benefits.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The entire content and design of HPDS is protected under U.S. and International copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, or change any information, pictures or materials in HPDS without the expressed written consent of HPDS.

DISCLAIMER
HPDS is provided as is, without any kind of warranty. Access to HPDS may be interrupted and information/advertisements provided may contain errors. Neither HPDS, nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering HPDS and its content, assumes any Liability or Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided on HPDS, nor shall they be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inibility to use HPDS.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify HPDS, and their agents, and contributors to HPDS against any claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to any violation of the terms of this Agreement or arising out of any materials submitted by you.

GOVERNING LAWS; JURISDICTION; STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the state of Florida. Before seeking legal action for any harm you believe you have suffered from your access to HPDS, you will give HPDS written notice detailing the harm and 30 days to rectify the harm after providing such notice. Any legal action, suit or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement or a breach thereof, shall be instituted in a court of Law in Sarasota, Florida USA, and you hereby agree and submit to personal jurisdiction of such court. Any cause of action initiated by you must be initiated within one(1) year after the claim or cause of action has arisen or it will be barred.

ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a HPDS application form or accessing this site, you agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. HPDS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time and your access to HPDS will be considered to be your acceptance of and agreement to any changed terms and conditions.

HPDS is owned and operated by 2J's Enterprises and is solely owned and operated by a U.S. Veteran and/or dependent. All graphics have been created by U.S. Veterans or dependents.
